      Arlette Urrea

      FOUNDER AND DIRECTORA

      Arlette Urrea Vargas has thirty years of experience in the fields of consulting and training, working for over 10 years at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shewaspartof the work team of Dr. Miguel Ángel Gallo. Currently, she works in the professional practice with Dr. Salvo Tomaselli and is a consultant for the IDB - INVEST on issues of Corporate Governance of Family Business.

      Arlette is a PhD candidate from the Abat Oliva University, Barcelona, Spain, in the field of Family Business. She has a graduate degree in Creation, Strategy, and Management of Small and Medium Enterprises from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain. She has a Licentiate degree in Economics from the University of Costa Rica and is a Certified Public Accountant.
